dr. Quinten van Geest is an expert in digital health transformation with a unique blend of neuroscience research background and extensive experience in healthcare IT strategy and data exchange. He specializes in delivering results in complex, politically sensitive environments, with a focus on national and European health data exchange.

dr. Quinten drives patient-centered care through innovation, strategic digitalization, and implementation of large-scale frameworks for health data exchange. He is Founder / Co-founder of inCorde Consulting , a consulting firm specialized in digital transformation in healthcare with a focus on national data infrastructure, European health data exchange implementation and AI-enabled care innovation.

As Senior Manager with BDO, dr. Quinten led complex digital transformation programs at the intersection of healthcare policy, IT strategy, and implementation aside managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder coalitions.

dr. Quinten has also developed himself as a 'Brain Artist', where he present Translating neuroscience into tangible art, creating actual-sized sculptures made from bronze, representing an exact copy of people's brains, a unique combination of MRI scans, 3D printing, and craftsmanship.

During his time acting as brain researcher at the Amsterdam UMC, dr. Quinten conducted advanced neuroscience research, investigating cognitive decline in Multiple Sclerosis patients using functional MRI techniques.

Prior to this his tole as brain researcher, dr. Quinten as research Assistant at the Amsterdam UMC assisted in a novel study investigating effects of cognitive rehabilitation on cognitive functioning and brain adaptation in patients with Multiple Sclerosis. Supported data collection for ongoing research.

dr. Quinten studied functional network alterations, braindynamics and hippocampal connectivity to better understand memory, attention and executive functioning problems.
