Toenemende beroepsrisico's

Door gebrek aan tijd schieten vaak opleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling in de zorg tekort, hierdoor nemen beroepsrisico's toe. Door het grote personeelstekort moet minder personeel hetzelfde en vaak meer werk verrichten. Spoed verhoogt de kans op medische fouten (zoals verkeerde medicatie).

Door dit alles is er minder tijd voor bijvoorbeeld essentiële stage-begeleiding en kunnen nieuwe zorgprofessionals niet goed worden ingewerkt.
